Artificial intelligence can also carry out and analyse personality and intelligence tests without breaking a sweat. Applicants have revealed here that this does not always work perfectly, but is improving all the time. It would be incredibly helpful if there was a <\/span><b>fully automated sourcing system<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> available. Over 80 % agreed with this statement, and many of them stated that they need AI for data processing.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Artificial intelligence is being used in many areas of recruitment and it doesn't look like these <\/span><b>IT recruiting trends<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the foreseeable future.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are a few more interesting facts:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If recruiters say they spend 20 hours of their working week searching for candidates, they could be talking to hundreds of potential employees at the same time. This applies to the final interview and possibly also to the logic tests and personality tests until they have reached the point where they really achieve their goal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unfortunately, a lot is still overlooked in these tests, as the <\/span><b>AI certain details<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cannot yet be determined:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, how a person actually looks or appears in real life.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a written test or in a video, where you can record the video several times or think about your answers, candidates can theoretically just lie. Answers can be corrected or refined.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With an <\/span><b>intelligence or logic test<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a person can be very intelligent but not do well in the test, and conversely a person can do well in the test but work poorly with a team. This means that not all competences were taken into account, e.g. whether someone has a high IQ or holds certain very important values, such as <\/span><b>inclusion and diversity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6372cff7 elementor-widget
